Thistournament is open to individuals over 30 years old from all over theworld
-7- Events andage categories:
Team and Singles matches by gender and age (age categories as of December31, 2026)
(1) Men/Women (Teamand singles matches): 30 to 39 years old
(2) Men/Women (Teamand singles matches): 40 to 49 years old
(3) Men/Women (Teamand singles matches): 50 to 59 years old
(4) Men/Women (Teamand singles matches): 60 to 69 years old
(5) Men/Women (Teamand singles matches): 70 to 74 years old
(6) Men/Women (Teamand singles matches): 75 to 79 years old
(7) Men/Women (Teamand singles matches): 80 years old or over
-8- Competitionformat:
(1) All teammatches in the preliminary round and the second round will be bestof 5-games,each game use best of 5, 11 point.
(2) All singlesmatches in the preliminary round and the second round will be best of 5-games.
(3) The top twoteams from each group in the team matches and two players from each group inthe singles matches will advance to the final tournament.
(4) Both teammatches and singles matches will be held in two stages.
(5) Thepreliminary round will use round-robin format.
(6) The secondstage will use knock-out format.
(7) The men'steam matches will be played using the Swaythling format as follows:
A-X, B-Y, C-Z, A-Y, B-X
(Registration minimum 3 players, maximum 4 players)
(8) Women's teamevents will be played in the Corbillon format as follows:
A-X, B-Y, AB-XY, A-Y, B-X
(Registration minimum 2 players, maximum 4 players)
Amaximum of 3 players can be on the field in each match, and each player canplay up to 3 times.
*3 players per team is allowed, example: A-X, B-Y, BC-XZ, A-Y, C-Z
(9) If there are5 or fewer entries in any category for team events, the team will play in thenext lower category.
(10) If there are 8 or fewer entries in any category forsingles events, the player will play in the next lower category.

-10- Medals and prizes (total prizes of approximately HKD135,000.00):
(1) Team events
- Medals andprizes will be awarded to the top 4 teams in each category
(2) SinglesEvent
- Medals andprizes will be awarded to the top 4 players in each category
-11- Costs:
Allparticipants must cover their own expenses including airfare, meals, andaccommodation.
-12- Application and participation fee (onthe https://pathway-expert.com website):
(1) Application: pleaseapply using the online "Registration Form"
(2) ParticipationFee:
Team event: USD240/team
Singles event for team participants: USD20/person
Singles matches only: USD40/person
Singles and Team matches: USD100/person (the Organizing Committee will arrangeplayers)
Gala party: USD20per person for Teammembers, USD30 for accompanying personnel and players who only registered for Singles.First come first serve, limited quota available.
(3) Please pay theParticipation Fee by the online Credit Card payment method or transfer to thefollowing Hong Kong bank account. It should not have any bank charge for thebeneficiary. If player deposits money into the HKD account, the exchange rateshould be 1 USD = 7.8 HKD.

(4) Registrationis complete after application and payment of participation fee.
(5) Afterregistration is complete, participation fee will not be refunded. Team andplayer names can be changed.
(6) Players fromcountries that require a visa to enter Hong Kong China should check with the ChinaEmbassy before applying.

-15- Maximum number of participants: First 800 playerswho have completed the registration.
-16- If there are not enough players to form a team, theOrganizing Committee will arrange players.
-17- Rules:
(1) Thetournament will be conducted in accordance with the latest ITTF InternationalTournament Rules.
(2) If there areany complaints during the tournament, the referee will strictly enforce theITTF Rules.
(3) Proof of agemust be presented upon request (e.g. passport).
(4) Players shallonly participate in one age category.
(5) Participantsshall only register for Team and/or Singles events of their correspondinggender (i.e. male athletes shall not join women’s events, and female players shallnot join men’s events).
(6) Players shallonly participate in an age category that is younger than their own agecategory.
(7) Allparticipants agree and understand that the organizers and hosting country aresolely responsible for the hosting of the table tennis tournament.
(8) Anyaccidents, health issues, etc. shall be the participant's own responsibility,insurance and medical expenses.
(9) The umpirehas the right to request the participants for the next game to play at adifferent table. Also, participants must follow the umpire's decision. Failureto do so will be considered as abandoning the match.

The Organizing Committee has the right to amend the rules of this tournament atany time without prior notice.
Any otherrules not covered in this notice will be decided by the Organizing Committeeand their decision will be final.
